Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days. Other governorates: 7–10 business days. Orders ship Sunday–Thursday.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Free shipping on orders above EGP 3,000.

Try it on at the door. You can try your items while the courier is there. If the fit isn't right, reject the whole package on the spot.
48 hours after delivery. You can still request an exchange or a refund within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are transferred to the number on your order once the item reaches our warehouse. Exchanges ship after we confirm availability. If one item from a bundle is exchanged or refunded, the original price applies.
